degrees Fahrenheit </p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and lightly grease a baking sheet.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">You want to make sure you use one with sides though, </p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">so the juices don't spill into your oven.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Then we're going to line up our chicken drumsticks directly on the pan.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">You can see that sometimes the skin sags down.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">You want to pull it tight to cover your meat.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Occasionally you get pieces with excess skin, </p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and you can go ahead and trim that off.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Once your chicken is all prepped it's time to season and bake.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">The first seasoning I'm gonna show you is just a basic chicken rub.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">You'll need 2 teaspoons of paprika,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">2 teaspoons of sugar,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1 teaspoon of garlic powder,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1 teaspoon of onion powder,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1 teaspoon dried basil,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1 teaspoon dried oregano,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1 teaspoon of salt,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Then you just stir this together.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">We can sprinkle that directly onto our chicken drumsticks.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Pat it, rub it in, </p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and make sure you season both sides.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Then top each one with 1/2 tablespoon dab of butter.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Now normally I just make one flavor, </p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">so I'd be putting these in the oven,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">but today I'm showing you three more flavors.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">The next is a zesty tex-mex style.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">For this one you'll need 2 teaspoons of ground cumin,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1 teaspoon of chili powder,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">a half teaspoon of cayenne pepper,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1/2 teaspoon of salt,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and then last 1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Stir this together.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Instead of sprinkling the seasoning mix directly onto the chicken,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">first I like to add on a little bit of freshly squeezed lime juice.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">We'll just drizzle that on some of our pieces over here, </p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and then we'll sprinkle on some of that seasoning mix,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and once again you want to rub that in and get the whole thing coated.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">And then once again top each piece with a dab of butter.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Next we'll do a quick cajun seasoning.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">For that you'll need 1 teaspoon of paprika,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1/2 teaspoon of salt,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1/2 teaspoon of onion powder,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1/2 teaspoon each of dried oregano and dried basil,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and then 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1/4 teaspoon black pepper,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1/4 teaspoon white pepper,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and stir this together.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Once again we'll sprinkle that over our chicken drumsticks,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">and top with a dab of butter.</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">For our last one we're going with the flavors of India,</p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br /></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">so this is gonna be like a tikka masala curry type rub that's so This quantity will serve one or two depending on how much you love it!</p>

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1 tablespoon tahini</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">1 tablespoon water</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">2 teaspoons cacao</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">2 teaspoons maple syrup</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Sprinkle of salt (this is a must!)</p>

Whilst green tea does contain caffeine it does not have the same effect as coffee (jitter free!) and I find that it does not upset my digestive system.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Matcha Green Tea is the powdered form of green tea and there are different grades. The better quality grade is for drinking and will be bright green and a lower grade will be a dull dark green. I use the higher grade for everything but that’s just because I have an acquired taste!</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">The benefit of Matcha over normal green tea leaves is that you actually ingest the entire leaf which means a higher dose of nutrients.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">Now when you add a teaspoon of Matcha powder to your pancake mix, you are getting a Matcha Latte and meal in one. Timesaver or what!</p>

<p>1 banana</p>
<p>1/2 cup buckwheat flour</p>
<p>1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon almond milk</p>
<p>1 teaspoon Matcha Green Tea</p>
<p>Maple syrup to taste (if required)</p>
<h4>Method</h4>
<ol>
<li>Mash the banana with a fork</li>
<li>Whisk or use the fork to mix in the other ingredients</li>
<li>Pour or spoon palm size (or smaller) amounts into a non-stick pan on low to medium heat</li>
<li>Turn when bubbles form/slightly cooked around the outside</li>
