15 mins total (prep and cooking time), serves 2 (about 10 mini pancakes)
Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup teff
1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Method
- Pre-heat a non-stick pan on low to medium heat
- Mash the blueberries and banana in a pouring bowl/jug with a fork
- Add the almond milk and teff and mix until combined
- Add the apple cider vinegar and baking soda and mix
- Pour or spoon out piklet sized amounts into the pan and turn once you see that it has cooked through a little
