3 Ingredient Vegan Pancakes
Easy, delicious, and with ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry.

Ingredients for the pancakes:
- 3 cups oatmeal or oatmeal (high speed blender powdered whole oats)2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)2 very ripe bananas
- You can Add to the mix (optional):
- 2 dates, or 2 tablespoons coconut sugar1 / 2-1 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence1/2 cup of: chocolate chips, blackberries, chopped walnuts - This add after whipping
Ingredients for the blackberry sirup:
A quarter cup of blackberries1/4 cup raspberries1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions:
Place the oatmeal in a high speed blender until it is like flourAdd the rest of the ingredients until the mixture is formedHeat a skillet ** over medium heat ***, and add 1/3 cup of the mixtureLet it cook until bubbles appear and turn for a couple more minutesBlend the ingredients for the blackberry sirup and serve over the pancakesAdd more toppings of your choice (fruit, nuts, coconut)Enjoy!
Notes:
* If the mixture is too thick, add more milk or a little water and mix again
** If your pan is not 100% non-stick you may have to use a little oil and spread it out with a brush or a napkin
*** It is very important that it is cooked over medium heat, otherwise it will be raw on the inside and burned on the outside.
