RECIPE BREAKFAST PANCAKES (ABOUT 10 PIECES)

HEALTHY (BREAKFAST) PANCAKES


With a good recipe, a pancake contains building materials, vitamins and minerals, which a growing child can use. With these pancakes for breakfast with some fruit you have a good start to the day. Of course they are also delicious for lunch, dinner or as a snack. You can also easily take them with you on the go. Nice to fill them as a wrap.

INGREDIENTS

80 grams of whole wheat spelled or wheat flour
80 grams of buckwheat flour
40 grams of oatmeal
2 eggs
500 ml (
butter ) milk Olive oil or butter for frying

PREPARATION

Beat the flour, oatmeal with the eggs and 1.5 dl milk until smooth. The oatmeal stays whole when whipped and that's good. Dilute the batter with the rest of the milk while beating.

Heat a little olive oil and/or butter in the pancake pan (diameter 15 cm), pour so much batter into the pan that the bottom is covered with a thin layer and bake the pancakes until brown. They turn when the bottom is brown and the top is dry. Then bake the second side.

Tip: Very tasty with baked apples and raisins. You can do the apples with raisins in the batter or bake separately and cover the pancake with it. Delicious with cinnamon on top. Or how about investing with fresh strawberries.

COW'S MILK ALLERGY OR RATHER NO COW'S MILK

Replace the milk with rice, coconut or spelled milk and use coconut fat or olive oil for frying.
